Woodfords go to the Derby!

On Saturday 4th July the team went for a great day out to the Epsom Derby. It was a first-time experience for myself and a lot of the team. It was a great event to be involved in and a great chance to catch up after all the restrictions with covid in the past couple of years. The team bonded over drinks, food, wins and losses! The chance to finally catch up and see colleagues in face to face rather than on teams was lovely. The atmosphere was great and so was the weather. Time flew with conversations of work and life and how we are so grateful to Paul who bought us all together for a lovely day at the Derby. Since joining Woodford three or so months ago I have realised the importance of team building and socialisation amongst colleagues. They say teamwork makes the dream work! We will be having more events like this over the next year as a team and I cannot wait and look forward to more time with my colleagues and the children this summer.
