The Hub is a therapeutic children’s home designed to provide a supportive and structured environment for young people who benefit from a smaller, close-knit community.

The home follows Woodford’s Psychosocial Practice Model, which emphasises the importance of relationships, emotional understanding and developmental progress. At The Hub, children are supported through a carefully planned routine that provides stability while also allowing them to explore their individuality and interests.

Practitioners work alongside young people through everyday experiences, helping them understand their emotions, develop positive relationships and build confidence in their abilities. Through education, creative activities and shared community living, young people are encouraged to develop the skills they need to move forward in their lives.

The Hub offers a calm and reflective environment where young people can develop a stronger sense of identity, connection and hope for the future.
